Williams obviously knows his football career will end soon so he wants to cash in as much as he can get.

Also Trent team trying to make up for the 12 million he missed out on. You know negotiating is about coming out and firing high...but this seems a bit much.

Trent Williams doesn't have a snowball's chance of getting anything he wants from the Skins, least of all to make up the $12M he lost.

I think the idea of letting Trent and his agent try to find a deal might work but what do I know?

I agree, give him until the draft to make his own trade that the Redskins agree to. If he cannot he will not be traded and expected to honor the current contract or lose millions more.
