RoFo fried chicken is good. sometimes it can be dry but you gotta make sure you arent getting pieces that have been sitting under the heat lamp

Sitting out front of a gas station crushing fried chicken and wedges isnt for everyone but me and my daughter love it

sauce? a simple homemade red w san marziano tomatoes, onion, garlic etc is hard to beat ... if you can get a chef to combine their diavolo and a cream sauce, thats never a bad way to go

carbonara is my favorite if i had a gun to head
