Bit of a gamble by DQ. Say what you will about Kingsbury, he led a top flight offense last year and even with all the injuries this year the offense was 4th overall in rushing and was far better than the defense.

And the passing offense was obviously hampered by QB and WR injuries -- massively so. KK overall did a very good job with us, with the notable exception of a style of play that put our QB at too much risk. And that was ultimately what led to a parting of the ways. I wish the guy well -- was nothing but a pro here, and has a lot of good coaching ahead of him. I could see him end up in Cincy if Taylor falls flat again next year, assuming he doesn't get a HC gig sooner.

Just want him to be under center more and that ranking of 4th had alot to do with JD5, kliff wasnt bad, he did well this year went off the rails across the board. Cant blame em

actual he was the 4th leading rusher on WSH this year MArcus was 3rd Bill 1ST then Chris 2nd

there was a while where kliff was doing pretty well even without jd5

i am happy to see whitt leave; if we sign big bird as DC that be a upgrade

not sure we got a upgrade at OC and remember joe w was a first time DC and well we saw how that worked out, he was actually awful both years , hopefully Dave does better in his first year

I be more confident in Dave doing well if our HC was a offensive mind, not sure who is mentoring Dave in his new role or who he can turn to in the org. for guidance when he is lost

They were also 4th overall in red zone offense. Despite using 2nd and 3rd stringers so much. KK had flaws but I think people aren’t seeing forest for trees with him. I do like a bit more of under center but only two teams in the entire league were over 50% under center.

Regarding Blough I like the move. I keep hearing how the nfl fraternity views him as future HC material so if you have a chance on the guy take it.
