Lol yeah a grandpa playing qb and now interviewing for a bigtime job. ESPN said he was ultra prepared for the interview so you never know. Rivers isn't lacking for boldness for sure. Hard to not respect this guy.

I respect his playing career, last month excluded. As for the rest he's an asshole.

Like I said his football playing is unquestioned but he is not well liked around the league , big mouth deva type. Has Coached HS and nowhere else.

He was a pretty cocky player but I saw it as just super competitive and intense. Will never forget when him and Jay Cutler got into it when they were younger. Rivers was jawing him from the sideline. He yapped a lot but also could back it up.
