Re: What the hell does this mean??
Ive been a skins fan since I knew what a football was. Never pulled for another team and never will but dammit. 1 maybe 2 deep balls a game. screen after screen after screen after screen. Throwing it away. SO sick and tired of gibbs saying we fought our guts out. Look at other coaches on the sidelines. Their expressions, their passion, their stomping ,yelling, pacing chewing players asses out. Gibbs may shake his head once a quarter. Just like the rest of us Im fed up and want answers

Both of them just sort of stand around and seem almost disinterested in the game, they rarely get all fired up during the game, and they have similarly delusional sounding press conferences. I'd really like to see some hidden camera footage of Gibbs in the locker room this year, because if he seems as disinterested and unpassionate there as he seems on the sidelines maybe I can also stop getting so worked up over the games. I feel like Gibbs and Brunell are the only ones not super pissed over this last loss (at least they aren't showing it) and that just sucks

I was watching one of the highlight clips online last week from the glory days and there were a few shots of Gibbs during the games. He was jumping around, getting in players' faces to fire them up, on his hands and knees pounding on the ground, etc. Granted, he's a lot older now, but still, show some emotion regardless of the situation. The only time he seems to get fired up is when we win, but come on now. I really feel like Brunell's play is very reflective of the Gibbs' emotions. Then again, I'm all hopped up on crystal meth.
