Actions speak louder than words, as always.
Trick is, if the woman really wants to know if we're interested, she has to allow the time to determine what our actions are saying. If a woman is talking about getting down and dirty on the first night they meet a guy, she hasn't given herself enough time to determine anything. Then again, if she's willing to get down and dirty on night one, then she's either primarily interested in the sex and not so much caring about connecting emotionally, or her self esteem is low to think that she needs to put out to get a guy truly interested in her.

That's an awful lot of guessing that a woman has to be doing. Men will act like they care too, not just say the words... some men lay it on thick and then just walk.
