Some people did make homer predictions, but most were realistic. Was it not realistic for us, at the time, to think we would not allow the Pats to run the score up on us given the fact we had a top 5 defense?

I could care less what your prediction was. The tone in your posts was what pissed people off. Act like a troll, then you get treated like one.

Belichick and the Pats are all about sportsmanship and class. It was a good game. The Skins really put up a good fight.

Yep, anytime I hear the name Belichick the words 'sportsmanship' and 'class' are always close behind.

Putting Beliclit and class in the same sentence is like putting an elevator in an outhouse, it just don't fit.

I keep it real and maybe some of yall should start. A top 5 defense and nothing else against a number 4 defense and 1 offense. The skins have nothing else and that was what I was trying to get through. We are possibly watching the greatest team that was ever assembled in pro football and thats real recognized it people.

The tone in my post, please this is a forum where you voice your opinion about football it does not have to be in a friendly buddy buddy manor.

Trust smootsmack I KNOW what typing in ALL CAPS MEAN.
When did I mention the cowboys rock? Cowboys got rocked and Redskins got rocked and rolled.

Sandtrapjack I expect it and they had this one coming.

I got bench big deal. I could care less but I have made a point here to not bash anyones prediction because they are fans of your rival. It just back fired and made you many look silly.

It does if you're a Cowboys homer who's here to stir the pot and has nothing to contribute other than troll-bait.

If you think the "manor" in which you carry yourself on a message board is irrelevant, you obviously haven't been on these here newfangled Intarwebs very long.

If you want to take the same approach to participating on an internet message board for the rival of the football team you root for, that Belichick and the Patriots took on Sunday, which is to say, it's all about being "right" or "winning" and not about having a little class or respect, I think you may have some issues.

I'll tell you this, after the Pats beat the Cowboys I couldn't have imagined going to go find a Cowboys message board and posting a bunch of "in your face" type messages. What possible purpose would that serve, other than making me look like a royal douchebag?

Had I just came on the site out of the blue, with no insight prior to the game you could call me a "douchebag". I posted on Wed and then told a couple of these fakehearted fans a thing or too after the game because of the heat I occurred during the week(but some redskin fans made a blowout prediction that was larger than mine). I am not on here to make friends. I have been on here since 2005.

You did back off your position when we told you you were being stupid.

Now you come on here and act all holier that though for saying something ridiculous, backing off, and then being proven wrong for backing off.

Guess what, you were wrong just like the rest of us. If you truly believe the Skins would have gotten beat as bad as they did, you would have stuck to your guns.

The only thing I'm sorry for is that I apologized to you prematurely before you showed your true colors.

Re: Redskins v Patriots predictions

I haven't seen the game yet - was out of town and will watch it on tape. I predict a big Redskins win - a rout in fact.

I look forward to putting the tape on tonight.
