According to Synder in yesterdays press conference all of the serious HC candidates said that they would bring in a new OC/DC if hired so therefore Gregg and Al were fired. But from what I hear it is true that Gregg and Vinny didn't get along very well, it seems that Vinny thought he knew more about X's and O' than Gregg and thought he should be calling the shots
