Is he just playing a limited role?
I haven't seen him on the field?

He's playing, I've seen him on the field. He's just not starting at CB.

It's one thing to point out Randle El's lack of ability to make something happen on punt returns, but he made the smart an obvious fair catch call on that particular play. If he hadn't called it, he would've been drilled immediately.
