Some of you may or may not care, but some wondering what would happen to Moss after hitting the Seatle player........

NEW YORK (TICKER) —The NFL on Friday fined Washington Redskins wide receiver Santana Moss for his open-handed slap to Seattle Seahawks cornerback Josh Wilson’s helmet during last Sunday’s game.

The league fined Moss $5,000 for his actions. The 29-year-old wideout drew a 15-yard penalty on the play.

Moss has 53 catches for 773 yards and five touchdowns for the Redskins (7-4), who will face the the New York Giants (10-1) on Sunday.

Just in case some cared.
