You've got to remember that the coaches live and die with the QB. Zorn's long-term future is connected to winning. Not waiting to see if JC can become an elite QB who can win games for the team. If we tank the rest of the way I think we will have our answer about JC's viablilty, but we will be stuck with him for 2 more seasons(2009-2010). The proverbial excuse for him has been coaching/system changes. This won't be an excuse anymore, but you can bet on a major overhaul in the offense in the offseason and if he faltersin '09, they will blame his potential failure on that(new players, chemistry, etc). The 2010 season will be the season where this guy will have nothing to hide behind if he still is an average QB. My question is do we really want to wait til 2010 to play this thing out?
