1) Get rid of Vinny Cerratto and bring in a real GM. Let that new GM do his job and not micro-manage his every move.

2) Try to renegotiate J. Taylor, S. Springs, Washington, Antwan Randle El $6.1m in 2009 and Andre Cater $6.6M in 2009. If they say no, release Taylor, Springs and Washington in 2009 and release Carter and Randle El in 2010.

Wow, I didn't know ARE was due $6.1M next season. That's laughable. That's like at least $100K for every little dance step he does after he fields a punt.
