Yeah, I said this somewhere else, but with Gibbs, it was 'win right now' and to hell with the future. It's a big role of the dice, because if you're wrong, and the high-priced, cap-eating free agents that are often paid for with draft picks don't get you a championship, your team will be set even further back.
