I know what you are saying is true, but our percentage for players drafted, and FA's still on the roster (and playing) after X number of years is.........low.
In any given situation that is problematic, you look for the area to correct as the "worst first" to make the most positive impact toward correcting the whole.
THIS is the Holy Grail of "worst first"............
