At the Senior Bowl practices, Shanahan, general manager Bruce Allen and director of player personnel Scott Campbell are the principle figures for the Redskins.

Thought that I had seen that he was; also did not hear anything about Snyder, not that I'd have the info if it was secret, but even a Google query brought up nothing.

This is from Matt Terl's Blog, specifically part of Bruce Allens radio interview the other day:

"I don't think he'll ever come on a scouting mission," Allen said, "and he never did go on a scouting mission. He went with his family to a college game, but I don't know if that's a scouting mission. He didn't go to the Senior Bowl this year. He will go to the Combine, along with 25 owners, because there's a league meeting at the Combine."
