And T.O. is ALWAYS a model citizen in the first year with a team. Its year 2 and 3 where he becomes a haedache.

Obviously everybody should want Marshall. He's a top ranked WR and still young. The only bad issue with him is what it would take to get him. Clearly a dallas fan would love to see the Skins give up their 1st round pick for a WR.

I'd rather us pick up T.O. cause he would be cheaper. Keep in mind I would only pick him up for a 2 year deal. Thats about as long as he can contain himself. Plus hopefully by then we would know what we have in our WR's and whether we needed to pick up someone else in the draft. Plus picking up T.O. would enable us to look elsewhere prior to being forced to draft a WR.
