You have to take Hooters at face value. They march scantily clad women in front of redblooded men in order to make a buck. There is some sort of imaginary line that separates the "good" Hooters from the "eh" Hooters. I haven't done enough research to back up my theory, but I figure around the VA/NC border is the line. Anything above that line, and you're hoping that 3 out of 10 waitresses at a Hooters is worth ogling. Below that line, and your odds go up exponentially. Exceptions to the rule of course (Ocean City Hooters during the summer for instance has a good amount of hotties), but you haven't truly had the Hooters experience until you get whiplash from having to look here and there.
