I haven't been to Fairfax Hooters since around 04 or 05 myself.. hell I've only been to Hooters maybe once since then, Charlotte NC I think

Richmond VA had some stunners in one of the locations awhile back

I was gonna say, my buddy and I played in a Hooters-sponsored charity golf tournament in the Richmond area, and the girls from the Richmond area Hooters were present. Half of them were knockouts, and there were only a couple baddies in the bunch.

They actually auctioned off the girls as caddies. If you paid enough, you got the girl of your choosing to ride along in the cart with you. She could putt for you, drive the cart, or otherwise just come along and look nice.

My buddy being the mature sort, asked our young lady to wash his balls on every hole. She was an 18 yo gymnast and former cheerleader, so we asked her to do some handstands on one of the tees. It was a good experience.
