I haven't had much luck with any of those Fiber One products. They blast right through me, literally. And they give me some bad cramps too.

I'm guessing taking in 50% of your daily fiber in one shot (or whatever crazy % it is) isn't always the best thing.

I dont't have issue with it. A bowl has 35% of daily fiber (probably 20% for me). I'm eating brown rice or whole grain wheat pasta and some chicken for dinner. That combo does wonders for my BM.

Are you drinking protin shakes too? Some food with it gives me the runs.

I've gotten away from the protein drinks. I'm drinking organic chocolate milk for a recovery drink after a workout. Less garbage and it sure tastes a lot better.

My son loves that stuff by Horizon, the drink boxes.

I recall a study a handful of years ago showing the effectiveness of chocolate milk as a recovery drink, I think that it was more for endurance/high intensity athletes, which the p90x would qualify for obviously.

Yeah I'd have to agree. I eat a lot of whole grain products, and I love raw broccoli. That coupled with the coffee I have in the AM... I'm guessing my grumpies rival saden1's. LOL.
