As for who is better suited to decide what is healthy for you? I don't disagree. But you are not self sufficient. Whether you like it or not, you exist as part of and in a larger group the vast majority of whom aren't related to you. So guess what, your individual rights are not unlimited. The rest of us have some say on actions you may take that affect us.

You don't like how this particular civil society makes decisions and regulates individual's actions? Go join another. Let us know when you find one that can function with people disagreeing but unable to enforce decisions with which someone in the group disagrees (like a draft, taxes, the need for safety, how to protect the elderly and the young - silly things like that). Better look for a mountain top not owned by any other group and start your own country of one.
