I agree 100%! Good thread in my opinion. I think we need more discussions on recognizing and acknowledging the hard work and efforts of guys like Hankerson - who quite frankly - didn't even look like a guy that would make the practice squad. I'm sure there were more here than will admit that they soured on Hankerson pretty quickly after preseason, and were all pleasantly surprised by how much he had improved when he had finally earned his chance. He's got all the skills. The knock on him was the dropsies, which we saw in the pre-season, and his reluctance to go over the middle, which we also saw in the pre-season (they relentlessly ran him across the middle). He solves those problems, and he can be a heck of a player. Remember that fade route for a TD? Was that in the pre-searon or regular season? Either way, it was perfection!
