If both Hankerson and jenkins can come back and play at a high level, our team could benefit in big ways next year. Id love to see hankerson pair up with Dwight Jones from UNC, and have Moss in the slot. That paired with a respectable quarterback could create a very dangerous offense. and with Davis at the TE, and little running reciever Helu out of the backfield??????? I agree 100%! Good thread in my opinion. I think we need more discussions on recognizing and acknowledging the hard work and efforts of guys like Hankerson - who quite frankly - didn't even look like a guy that would make the practice squad. I'm sure there were more here than will admit that they soured on Hankerson pretty quickly after preseason, and were all pleasantly surprised by how much he had improved when he had finally earned his chance. That tells me that the guy put in more than his share of hard work to bounce back and give us a glimpse at what he's capable of on the field.

After having guys like Michael Westbrook, Taylor Jacobs, or Devin Thomas, I welcome the idea of propping up guys like Lenard Hankerson.
