Trust me I get RGIII. If we were drafting in a position to draft him, I would draft him. BUT Peyton Manning's don't hit the market to often.

1. To fix the problem again we would have to trade up in a future draft to get a franchise QB, so what is the difference? All we have done is delayed the gamble.

2. You really think PM is going to play an elite level until he is 41? Get. Real. He will be 36 in a week or two and has had major neck surgeries.

I have zero interest in Manning. I have no idea what the lovefest here is for him. I'd rather have any other option though Griffin/Grossman is my ideal (with a McCoy/Leinart/Quinn 3rd stringer).

I had have to side with you on that. And this is coming from someone who thinks peyton is the greatest QB of all time. His health, the system, his price..its not quiet worth it.

Consecutive SBs isn't a dynasty? Ok, maybe that's over the top, but how the hell does anyone not see that a healthy Peyton Manning with an average defense has a legitimate shot. Improve the defense and it looks even better.

...I'll take those two "opportunities" over an unproven college player every given sunday. And it gives us two years to find/mentor that next guy. All you gotta worry bout then is our fanbase making the mistake Denver fans made in rejecting whoever had to take the first snap after Elway retired (w/ two rings in two season)

Hey QB's have bad games, it's a fact of life. Mel Kiper was talking the other day about how when he evaluated Big Ben how he fixated on the Iowa game where Ben struggled and how over the years he realized that focusing on that one bad game isn't much different then focusing on those one or two breakout games.

Also keep in mind that if Oklahoma State is the worse game you got for RG3 it's not much. Had a TD:Turnover ratio of (2:3), threw for 400+ yards, and completed 66% of his passes. I can live with that.

Looks like Peyton Manning is getting better. Judging by him wearing that Colts helmet, he's going to take that pay cut and still be their quarterback. Remember, Jim Irsay said that whether Manning plays for Indianapolis or not at this point going forward is strictly up to Manning.
