It won't be long before the Busch brothers are out of racing all together due to their attitudes and actions. The thing I find most funny is that he is employed by a man known for his integrity/character in that of Joe Gibbs. Why did Gibbs even hire this assclown?

As noted, Kyle is a heck of a driver. Gibbs had some assclowns wear Burgundy and Gold as well. But if anyone can keep talented assclowns in check it's Gibbs.

There is a huge difference between the NFL and NASCAR. NASCAR teams are dependent on sponsors. One guy can destroy sponsorship money with his attitude and actions. (as noted by Busch being kicked off 2 teams already) One idiot in the locker room isn't going to affect sponsorship in the least, unless it's a case like Vick. (crime involved)

You can be the biggest talent and dick in the NFL and still keep you job. In NASCAR, you'll lose your sponsorship(and fans) in no time flat.

Also, Gibbs hasn't done much to subdue Busch's actions and attitude since he's came aboard the team so so much for that "Gibb can keep em in check" theory.
