Sponsors care more about winning and personalities than whether guys are nice.
And I mean Hamlin is seemingly nice to the general public, but to his crew he's a total ass. Whereas many believe Tony Stewart comes across as a bit of an ass to the general public but he's super nice to his crew Also, in reality JD Gibbs is much more the everyday guy than Joe is.
