The shannahans really are not the problem, and while people want to complain about the wins and losses, this team is inarguably going in the right direction. The one man i would be willing to clean house and start over with is Jon Gruden. Him and griffin would form the most entertaining, swagger-based football tandem in the history of football, and could be very very talented.
