i think we should draft Maurice Stovall out of Notre Dame. he will be there with our 2nd round pick most likely. great size and amazing hands. we need big siz and great hands, posession type. not a QB moving to QB.

Re: Michael Robinson vs.Antwaan Randle El

For the development of young quarterbacks, history has shown us that former QB's playing receiver can help dramatically. The obvious example is Roethlisberger, who throws this year to Ward and Randle-El, both college QBs. The instinct of knowing when a play is breaking down and getting to a safety valve spot has been drilled into them from their throwing days.

That is why I say draft mike, we can take him in the third, maybe the forth and take tapp in the second.

normally I hate practically anything to do with Notre Dame, except of course joey t., but I really think this kid Stovall could be amazing and would love it if he fell to us in the second round. unfortunately I see his stock rising during the combine and he won't be available when we pick unless the team moves up.

he's good, but his friend on the other side was taller and even better. I'm really not sold on any of the WRs this year though. I think taking moss AND getting someone else like KR would be a good idea in case he's not immediately ready for the NFL (which is likely). This is really a QB/DL draft year.

If Michael Robinson is like or could be the next Hines Ward or even if he has that kind of potential than we should deffinatly try to get him.

Re: Michael Robinson vs.Antwaan Randle El

robinson is a late 2nd day now, he failed at WR this week and looked good running the ball, but not throwing it. definately a football player, but right now he's one without a position he's actually good at.

hagans was awful today an stovall did nothing. I think moss is gonna ace the combines and go out of our reach (bummer since he's the only WR i really liked this year). Hali (DE) was impressive (1st rounder :/ ) as was byrd (TE, slim chance he'll be there in the 2nd) and whitehurst (QB, 3rd-5th).

I watched this young man at the Senior Bowl today and I second that motion. He's big. 6'4" and exactly what we need. I was impressed with Senorice Moss. He's a little bigger than Santana but if we had him we would have solved our WR problem. We would go after another TE of the caliber of Health Miller. The TE was always an intricate part of Gibb's offense. Hopefully they'll be somebody out there.
