I eat a lot of chicken, whole grain bread, milk, fruit, vegetables...um, fish, Go Lean cereal is good...not the crunch though, it will give you gas from hell...that kind of stuff...2 protein shakes a day as well

im writing down all this stuff soo thanks a lot,, it helps cause i kinda get an idea of what i need to eat.... i heard peanuts are highly recomended

yeah...peanut butter is good...I am addicted to the reduced fat crunchy for some reason...its good in shakes

That's exactly right. I like to do all my stuff naturally with the exception of a protein shake here and there. For those saying to eat a bunch of meals, your problem there is the fact that eating often makes you burn more calories.

I thought I was the only one with this problem. I was super skinny my whole life, but since 2nd semester in college I have gained a shitload of weight. I think it was pretty much due to the fact that I eat shitty food, dont exercise as much and drink a lot of beer. I think if you just want fat and not muscle I would just do what I did, but now I am trying to cut down about 5-7 pounds so I can workout on that base.
