Re: NFL 2007 Playoff Predictions
We won't win that game because we'll get lit up down the field thanks to Taylor being out (unless he can miraculously heal by then).
I mean GW might have a total revelation about how he was playing not to give up the big play and he'll surprise us, but history isn't giving me a lot of hope.

Re: NFL 2007 Playoff Predictions
Dallas 13-3
Green Bay 12-4 New Orleans 10-6 Seattle 9-7 NYG 11-5 Tampa Bay 10-6 We miss at 9-7 because Tampa beats us head to head. If we beat Tampa head to head, we get in instead.

Re: NFL 2007 Playoff Predictions
Sounds about right. I thinking we beat Tampa were in, and somehow get a rematch with Green Bay.

Re: NFL 2007 Playoff Predictions
I'm going to abstain from posting records and just predict seedings, so here you go.
NFC 1-Dallas 2-Green Bay 3-Seattle 4-New Orleans (call me crazy, I still think they can win that division) 5-Washington 6-Detroit NEW YORK GIANTS COLLAPSE AGAIN, YEAH! AFC 1-New England 2-Indianapolis (although I am very tempted to put Pittsburgh here) 3-Pittsburgh 4-San Diego (by default) 5-Jacksonville 6-Tennessee |

NFC
Green Bay 13-3 Dallas 12-4 Tampa Bay 8-8 Seattle 8-8 Washington 10-6 Giants 9-7 AFC Patriots 15-1 Pittsburgh 13-3 Indy 12-4 Sand Diego 8-8 Tennesee 11-5 Cleveland 11-5 I don't think it matters who comes out of the West and South, whoever gets the WCs will beat both of them.

Re: NFL 2007 Playoff Predictions
After reading the WP article about Gibbs defending his decisions in the Eagles game and throughout the season, I feel way less optimistic about our chances for the playoffs. An unnamed player said he, along w/ other team members, expect confusion from the sidelines in game situations. To me, that explains a lot about the way this team struggles and why players, IMO, don't seem to play w/ the level of intensity they would if they had full faith in the coaching.
Something got to change after this season. I'm not saying I know what it is (anymore), but holy shit something got to change. |

Re: NFL 2007 Playoff Predictions
I'm thinkin' 8-8 and out of the playoffs ... and that's realistic ... As long as we play Cover 2 we'll lose no matter how many yards CP runs for or how good Campbell and the rest of the O play. Also if Gibbs continues to coach with his head up his ass like williams is doin'... we'll lose ... if he continues to burn TO to kick FG's we'll lose ... we need a much better performance by our team because the last 5 weeks have been sub par by a long shot ... It all has to begin at the coaching staff... IF our coaches start to earn their money and actually follow thru with what they say in their press conferences then we have a shot at 10-6 but I dont see that happening...
No Rogers No Taylor No Washington who unlike Godfrey can catch the ball No Thomas No Jansen No Moss -- He isnt reliable anymore ... look at his stats he had one really good year as a JET and so far 1 really good year here ... Randle El is Campbells go to guy and Campbell has more chemistry with Thrash and he makes bout a mil a year ... Moss complained about how the players should train on their own .. yeah looks like he does ... Injury plague year again ... i know a lot of ppl dont agree with me on this but its time for him to either start playin thru the pain, start to gel with Campbell or leave |
