Re: Romo out 4 Weeks

Brad Johnson is obviously much, much less mobile than Romo, so those long gains on scrammble/breakdowns will disappear. But BJ will not make the mistakes that Romo makes, for what it's worth. He's still a good QB. But needless to say, this is a huge blow for the cowroids.

Just great, now they're a decent team.

Johnson's numbers actually put him on the fringe of the hall of fame, though he's probably never going to get in because Trent Dilfer won't get in and most people in the media lack the ability to separate Dilfer's career from Johnson's (because they both won a super bowl).

But he's 41 now. Quarterbacks do tend to have a longer life in the NFL than anyone but kickers, but no Quarterback has been effective past age 38, and Johnson's last decent (half) season was 2005...when he was 38. He was awful in 2006.

YAY! I see a Cowboy implosion on the radar soon. Right after they lose the next two games and TO starts crying to give him the ball.

Implode boys, implode.

I would never wish an injury like this on anyone....

... just kidding. F*ck Romo! Ha ha - that butt pirate! His pinkie - what a pu$$y injury! Ha ha! What a queercycle!

Dallas will be fine without him. Especially after they trade for Roy Williams and Lito Sheppard later today.

Wouldn't break my heart if they dropped a few games though.

Re: Romo out 4 Weeks

I don't think Brad Johnson has much left in the tank. Having Romo out will definitely hurt their passing game.

but johnson is better at reading defenses, but he makes up for that by being less mobile.

I could not really tell who's ear he was bending, BUT terrence was SERIOUSLY jawing non-stop on the sidelines. I got the impression that is was not good judging from some of the expressions on his teamates faces.
