Romo out 4 Weeks

Per ESPN's Michael Smith.

Torn finger ligament.

Re: Romo out 4 Weeks

Word is that he'll return in time to play us at FedEx.

The Cowboys play the Rams, Tampa, and the Giants in the time Romo will be out.

Holy Jeebus!

That's a pretty big deal. Dallas has been trying to give games away, and been successful two out of the last three weeks, with Romo. Without him, they could be poised for a freefall...

Re: Romo out 4 Weeks

Brad Johnson will probably be able to handle the Rams in all likelyhood, but they probably aren't better than the Bucs or Giants even when Romo is healthy. I see us creating a two game lead on them in the standings going into our game against them, as long as we handle our business.

Re: Romo out 4 Weeks

With Romo out, the Dallas turnovers will be cut in half.

While Brad Johnson is aging, he's a suitable fill-in while Romo gets his finger taken care of. If anything, this should mean TO will get more looks in the offense...

He's got 9 other fingers, I think she'll be fine.

While I agree that Brad Johnson is a suitable fill in, he isn't half the playmaker that Romo is. And the turnovers will most likely drop, but so will the scoring offense.

Or have some kind of effect on his throwing motion, like when Favre hurt his thumb and was off for like a whole year.

If Brad J does good, it could start a qb controversy of sorts there. I was reading the dallas press online after the game and tony was taking all sorts of heat.

Re: Romo out 4 Weeks

i think the ish is hitting the fan right now in the big D . . . glad the skins were the team that brought division and angst among them cowboys . . .

cowboy fans are pissed, romo's luck and that shit eater grin is wearing off, TO is starting to call people out, theyre losing, goddell is investigating pacman . . . i love it and its well deserved

oh and wade is gone next year if he even lasts this season, people rightfully want his head.

honestly a fight in the locker room would be the cherry on top.

go skins!

lol wheres sandtrapp to tell us TO has been a model citizen, romo is an all-pro qb and pacman so far has not been a distraction?
