Suisham has to go - one of the worst kickers i've seen in football, period.

Any great kickers up for contract renewal next year? I think we need to sign the likes of Stover or even Akers from Philly if available. These no names are killing us. Plackenmeier has been great thus far, so now we just have to get a new K.

Guys....this is my fault. I'm feeling like shit now because the last I checked they had moved the game to Sunday Nighty (10:00 am in Japan). I just woke up to find the game started at 1:00 p.m. your time, 0300 my time. I'm up, I've got Sean's pro-bowl jersey on, and damnit we are going to make this happen.

I just can't understand how our offense continues to play so sloppy/inconsistent year after year. New coaches, new scheme, even some new players and yet we continue to look as though nobody on offense practices past Week 1. Mind-boggling.

I still say it is the system not fitting with the personnel to some degree. We acquired our Wr corp with the Gibbs offense in mind to help get folks off of Moss" back and spread the field for a longer passing attack. The shorter routes negate the speed we have acquired as it shortens the field, making it easier to defend against our passing attack. Of course, dropping the ball also hurts your cause.

I think Suisham is taking a John Hall turn for the worse, like I said last week. The guy came in here money and now he's a 50/50 chance. Which for a kicker, is not good enough.

Time for him to kick bricks.

Zorn should've took a shot at the endzone with 9 secs left. Suisham is so inconsistent it's not even funny. He has missed so many big field goals for us.

I thought the same thing about taking a shot. Malcolm Kelly is active, so why not see if the Giants DBs can outjump him for a ball in the end zone?

Re: Redskins vs. Giants Official Game Thread

man, we cant score anything with MAJOR momentum swing opportunities such as the last pick and 4th down stop...

If you cant get fired up for Pitt with the whole world watching or Dallas to put a nail in them or against the Gmen after getting dominated with both a pick and a 4th down stop,
You never will....This is on ZORN...
I definately question his ability to inspire his team to play higher than to their average ability.

Of course there are self motivated players like Portis, but most players need to be motivated....Zorn hasn't figured out what buttons to push yet to inspire the way Gibbs did.

I respectfully disagree. Zorn is to blame for these loses. However, the truth is that we have just a 'good' team. We are not at the top level in the NFL. We're playing the best team in the NFL today. We've done well to keep it this close.

And would you say Dallas was the best team when we played them or the Rams or Browns or Pitt when Roth' went down?

You know looking at the stats, Campbell has 5 completions of at least 15 yrds maybe we can beat them deep. Campbell is also 10/16 with 4 costly drops if we cash in on these opportunities we could still pull this off.
