We will need them. As bad as the Boys look these days, I’ll bet they’re plenty motivated after being embarrassed at home this week. And it’s us. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: #86 Jordan Reed
They have to re negotiate Reed's contract. He showed up to camp w/ a toe issue and it's been downhill since. How do you hurt your toe and you're not even getting hit? Plus he's got the concussion issues. IDK, I'd rather have someone that's a more complete player that can stay on the field, rather than one who's hurt all the time, can't block and may have to retire if he takes another hit to the head.

Re: #86 Jordan Reed
I like Sprinkle..continue to coach up...V Davis is coming back next year...and let Jordan Reed heal up...I wouldn't change anything. Nile Paul has been good, but time to move on...maybe spend a late round pick for a practice squad type TE if one seems coachable with promise.

Re: #86 Jordan Reed
The toe issue was bigger and he tried to go on it which probably led to the the constant hamstring issues this year. Give him an offseason of rest and rehab and next year he will be a top 5 TE again.

Re: #86 Jordan Reed
5th year in the league, he misses an average of 5-6 games a year and isn't 100% for many of the games he has played in. He has never played a full season. I seriously doubt he is suddenly going to have better luck staying on the field as he gets older, I think it is time to move on from him.

Re: #86 Jordan Reed
I think our pass catching TEs have diminished our ability to run. How much, idk.
Id look to get a good well rounded, 3 down TE. Cooley is big on the Wisky TE Troy Fumagali. About the 3rd rated TE in the draft.

I do think this line of thinking has to change if he is hurt next year and his dead money becomes more favorable.

Re: #86 Jordan Reed
You think this guy is going to magically get healthy after 5 injury riddled seasons? You want to pay a guy $9 mil a year (his contract averaged out) to miss 1/3 of the games entirely and play at less than 100% in many others? Last I checked an offensive player in street clothes does not present problems for an opposing teams defense.
