Important BBQ Tip:Since you never know when you might need either your own homemade sweet and tangy BBQ sauce or your homemade fire-roasted Chipotle pepper hot sauce you should always carry some with you. If your pockets are too full, wear a fashionable fanny pack.

I still havent eaten at famous dave's, but I picked up some of their texas pit sauce in costco and it was awesome for store bought sauce.

I usually use Sweet Baby Ray's or Cattleman's as a base and if I'm feeling adventurous, I'll add some things...but Famous Dave's Devil's Spit is good stuff.
As far as chains go, Red Hot & Blue > Famous Dave's
