Missed all of tonight but I've gotten a few updates. How the hell did we wind up w/ 500 picks? Like the Hankerson pick. Dude is huge.

Bruce Allen was on the phone all night getting advice from Vinny.

Anyone want to throw out Offensive lineman that would be good for us? It's one thing to say draft guys in the trenches but I'd like to at least see some names.

Cannon could sneak into the first round, but he is more likely a second or third round selection at this point. Yet, for a second or third rounder, he is a very polished blocker who has the ability to immediately help any NFL team.

I stand corrected. Kerrigans overall Combine numbers are superior to Jordans. So he's a better athlete on paper.

Did you listen to Kerrigan's interview? Dude is class. Not sure the same can be said about Jordan.

It's ok bro, you are still in a state of shock with us having this many draft picks. It's the Vinny Syndrome. We aren't used to it.

Why the hell are you so in love with a 3-4 DE? They are more plentiful than 3-4 OLBs.

A guy like Justin Bannan can be put on the D-line for cheap. If we had picked Jordan, we probably would have told him to fatten up and become a space eater. I don't think that a space eater is worth burning a 1st rounder on.

Justin Bannan would not provide the pass rush abilities that Jordan would. Average 3-4 ends eat space; good ones make plays, too.

Look at the Jets, Steelers, and Ravens: they often spend first round picks on guys you pejoratively termed "space eaters."
