The sales tax thing isnt gonna last much longer. In VA sales tax on purchases from Amazon will start in i think October. We will probably see a state sales tax for almost everything on the internet within the next 5 or so years.

An indirect federal bit or email or data tax will come after the sales tax thing gets sorted out. My guess is in about 15 years.
