As I said earlier, the evidence is pretty clear that four men went into a room and three and a corpse came out and, subsequently, Hernandez actively destroyed things that would likely provide information as to why that occurred.
We may not be sure of exactly what he is guilty, but, at a minimum, he intentionally hindered the lawful investigation of this murder.
