Seems like an over-payment, but the fourth's only partially guaranteed. Shooters are a commodity in the league today- Clips just traded their best asset for Redick and Dudley.

I think Wall wanted Webster here and he may take a million less than max when it's time to ante up (so it may wash out with the slight discount).
