In regards to Kelly, that's not always true. Jim Harbaugh came straight from the college ranks and has taken the 49ers to 1 NFC championship and 1 SB is first two years after the team struggled with Mike Singletary as their HC. The NYG have holes at LB and in the secondary. JPP is coming off of back surgery and the team signed an aging Cullen Jenkins on the defensive line. This is the year the Giants finish 7-9 and Coach Coughdrops will resign. Jason Garrett is another Norv Turner....and that's all I got to say about that.
