That would be sweet. I was hoping we'd sign the man himself, but I knew it wasn't really an option, with us already having Moss and the cap situation and all.

Dawson hasn't caught any passes during the preseason; I was basing my observations on his camp performance. He's returned 7 punts with a 10.9 average in preseason thus far, but Thompson has pretty much equaled him with 3 returns for 16.0 yards. I doubt Dawson makes the roster.
