He wasn't making the decisions but he was bad at find someone who knew what they were doing enough to make them. Snyder is a lot of things but I think he gets a real bum wrap in terms of football. He has tried his ass off to make this work. It hasn't been about ego or lack of self-awareness. Although he does some have some of both when it comes to football he has gone about it right but hasn't made good choices.

Not a big fan of the guy for other reasons, but he is not trying to run the franchise on a day to day basis (and I don't think ever really was anymore than most owners). Vinny finally got kicked to the curb after DS said "Okay, no more hiding behind others Vinny, show me what you got." He proceeded to do so.
