per overthecap.com, the bottom 6 salary cap teams are:

Saints $121,252,279 $1,510,273
49ers $120,895,025 $1,424,557
Redskins $102,295,699 $1,412,625
Chargers $111,177,275 $668,984
Rams $109,608,556 $525,143
Giants $116,254,315 ($975,555)

They keep these pretty accurate, so I would really like to know how the Giants are nearly 1M over the salary cap. Again, I think this shows that the restructures were just to keep us above the line this year. (yes they definitely include the Bowen and Cofield numbers) I haven't been able to find any more info on Carriker, and I don't understand why we would restructure his. That's a head scratcher to me.
