Well, Cutler has taken his team, with a crappy OL to the NFC championship game. RG3, nor Stafford have done that. Thats why he is above them on my top 10. Also RG3 being a rookie (for as great a season as it was) was still a rookie last year; can't put him that high on a top 10 list above more established players, especially if he has a bad year this year. And Stafford is injury prone and throws to the best WR in the NFL.
