Well i would argue that wins and losses are pretty important. Lol. What is it about him outside of his coaching record that makes you more open minded to giving him the job?

1.) Plenty of HCs have losing records their first go around and have better luck on their 2nd chance

2.) Stingy ownership in Tampa hurt him

3) A rookie GM and a rookie HC forced to let a lot of veteran leadership go hurt him in Tampa

4) Like I said, I think he deserves a 2nd chance. Just not sure it should be here. This is not an easy place to be a HC
