I just think it's time to sit him down. I really don't care about his ego or who's feelings it's going to hurt. He's missing plays college QB's make and we've seen it every single week. He's hurting the offense. You could see Garcon's frustration with him. I don't know if Cousins is going to do any better...but I know he'll do two things RG3 isn't doing...the ball will come out quicker... which will help the o-line, and he'll be more accurate with his passes. Right now the offense needs those two things.
