If Mike Shanahan doesn't voluntarily change his staff, then it is obvious he has to go. If Snyder has to force his hand he should just skip a step and fire him. I don't see how Shanahan can look at the current situation and think these coaches should be back next year. I've said this before, the only group of talent on the Redskins that I believe is respectable is the running back group, everyone else is mediocre or worst.
The entire team sucks and has almost nothing going for it, I still do not think Shanahan has proven to be the man after 4 years. |
