No sympathy here from me for Shanahan. The owner was a known farce when you accepted the job, a job you accepted because 1) it paid more, and 2) you thought it would be easier to win, than the other jobs would be out here. Then you go and trade for a star quarterback and are SHOCKED when the owner (who has a history of doing this) buddies up to him.

Just leave, Mike Shanahan. Don't ever come back.

And then what? New coach, same bs from owner, same results, new coach in 3 to 4 years.. Over, and over again. I've come to conclusion it doesn't matter who the coach is. When you have an owner that acts like this you will never win.. I hate Synder!!
