Any thoughts on Allen stressing, "the value of time, because in the NFL right now time is really, really critical to manage.”

Was this a weakness of MS? Was he just talking and this part just filler?

It seems like an odd comment, I mean, time management is important in any job, and certainly the NFL, but isn't that like a basic requirement for a HC?
