I've found a kind of interesting set of beers that are delicious. OAK AGED UNEARTHLY IPA Beer Page - Southern Tier Brewing Company The unearthly IPA can come both oak aged and non oak aged. It's nice to see exactly what flavors the oak imparts onto the beer. Give it a try if you find it
