Munnerlin would be a good signing.
If Carolina has a choice to let either Hardy or Mitchel walk it's going to be Hardy. So I think Mitchel is not going to hit the market but Hardy will. They already have big money wrappe up in DEs, the likelyhood of signing another is low. Where as safety would create a bigger need for them. Still like te idea of Captain Munnerlin though, and I would imagine he will be available.
